A man with glasses, a beard, and shoulder-length hair, wearing a green t-shirt, standing outdoors in front of a barge with a yellow container, in an urban area with modern multi-story buildings and trees in the background.
Goes the extra mile, worked until late to get the job done, nothing is too much trouble for this genuinely nice guy.

meet david.

With over 35 years of experience, David has worked on everything from public service infrastructure and commercial developments to home rewires, lighting installations and longer term residential projects across the UK.

Now based between Ancoats and the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre he works with homeowners, landlords and businesses across the city and greater Manchester, helping clients who want reliable electrical work carried out properly, safely and without the usual stress.

Over the years, many of David’s customers have stayed with him for decades. Part of that comes down to trust. Part of it comes down to how he works. He’s known for being straightforward, dependable and conscientious. The kind of electrician who turns up when he says he will, communicates clearly and takes genuine pride in doing the job properly.

He’s also slightly obsessed with fuse boards.

Ask him about consumer units and he’ll probably tell you the same thing he tells most customers: outdated or non-compliant fuse boards are one of the biggest causes of electrical issues and emergency callouts in homes across Manchester and far more common than people realise.

And because David’s experience goes far beyond electrical installations alone, he approaches projects with a broader understanding of how spaces actually function and come together.

Whether it’s rewiring a home, fitting a kitchen, integrating lighting into a renovation or making sure work is finished cleanly and properly afterwards, he believes electrical work should feel considered not patched in as an afterthought.

When he’s not fixing fuse boards, David is a long-time music collector and Balearic DJ.
